Василівська громада долучилася до національного пілотування системи профорієнтації для дітей та підлітків.

У квітні 2026 року було створено робочу групу з розроблення Плану впровадження системи профорієнтації на 2026–2027 роки. Робота здійснювалася в межах ініціативи Міністерства освіти і науки України за підтримки Швейцарсько-українського проєкту DECIDE.

За результатами спільної роботи розроблено та затверджено План профорієнтації для дітей та підлітків Василівської громади.

Документ враховує особливості громади в умовах воєнного стану та передбачає:
співпрацю з громадами-партнерами в межах проєкту «Пліч-о-пліч: згуртовані громади»;
профорієнтаційні екскурсії та практичні візити до закладів освіти й установ Запоріжжя;
зустрічі з представниками різних професій, роботодавцями, ветеранами та випускниками громади;
розвиток молодіжних ініціатив, лідерства та підприємливості;
популяризацію професій, важливих для відновлення України та розвитку громад.

Вже сьогодні учні громади знайомляться з сучасними професіями, освітніми можливостями та перспективами професійного розвитку.

The Vasylivka community has joined the national pilot program for the career guidance system for children and teenagers.

In April 2026, a working group was created to develop the Career Guidance Implementation Plan for 2026–2027. The work was carried out within the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE project.

As a result of joint work, the Career Guidance Plan for children and teenagers of the Vasylivka community was developed and approved.

The document takes into account the specific challenges faced by the community during martial law and includes:
cooperation with partner communities within the project “Side by Side: Cohesive Communities”;
career guidance excursions and practical visits to educational institutions and organizations in Zaporizhzhia;
meetings with representatives of different professions, employers, veterans, and graduates of the community;
development of youth initiatives, leadership, and entrepreneurship;
promotion of professions important for the recovery of Ukraine and the development of communities.

Already today, students of the community are learning about modern professions, educational opportunities, and career development prospects.
